Parent Café

Our Parent Café sessions support and educate parents and caregivers, utilizing the Strengthening Families protective factors framework. These interactive sessions provide:

  • Skills Development: Practical strategies to enhance parenting skills and family dynamics.
  • Resource Sharing: Access to community resources that support family well-being.
  • Community Building: Opportunities to connect with other parents and caregivers, fostering a supportive network.

SafeCare Colorado

SafeCare Colorado

SafeCare Colorado is a home-visiting program where trained providers work side-by-side with families once a week, either in-person or virtually. The program aims to:

  • Enhance Skills: Build on the parenting skills families already possess.
  • Connect to Resources: Ensure families have the necessary tools to keep children safe, healthy, and thriving.
  • Offer Personalized Support: Provide tailored support to meet the unique needs of each family.

Family to Family (F2F)

The Family to Family (F2F) program provides support for caregivers in Larimer County. 

Our team is here to:
Resource Navigation: Assist in identifying and accessing community resources.
Goal Setting: Work collaboratively with caregivers to set and achieve family goals.
Ongoing Support: Offer consistent support and guidance to strengthen family bonds.

Early Childhood Navigator (ECN)

Early Childhood Navigator (ECN)

The Early Childhood Navigator program supports families with young children by focusing on:

  • Safety: Ensuring a safe environment for children.
  • Language & Learning: Promoting early language development and learning opportunities.
  • Health & Activity: Encouraging healthy lifestyles and physical activity.
  • School Readiness: Preparing children for a successful transition to school.
  • Parenting & Family Engagement: Enhancing parenting skills and family involvement in early childhood development.
