HOST Home Program: This is an opportunity for community members to temporarily house youth and young adults that are going through crisis or in transition. Parents still have access to the youth during this time, but the HOST family serves as a safe and stable place for a youth who is experiencing some type of transition in their life. HOST volunteers must be 21 years of age and must be able to prove their home is a suitable environment before a youth is welcomed in. HOST volunteers are asked to commit anywhere from three weeks to four months.
For more information or if you are interested in becoming a HOST Home, click HERE or contact our HOST Home Coordinator at mandyh@thematthewshouse.org.

Due to the diverse population we serve, volunteers are requested for a variety of needs. Join our volunteer-specific mailing list HERE to receive updates on urgent needs and other opportunities not listed on our website.

To learn if there are any opportunities for groups of volunteers, or for any general questions, please email our Volunteer Coordinator at mandyh@thematthewshouse.org.
